To our valued clients, Les Guitares Moisan offers customized acoustic and classical guitars as well as a repair service available on all types of guitars. Hand made to a high quality of craftsmanship, Moisan guitars incorporate your selection of woods and are fine tuned to your specific requirements.
 The Luthier
From his first experiences at learning guitar making at Collège Édouard-Montpetit in 1987, Alain Moisan’s art and techniques evolved through the guitars he built, the numerous repairs he performed and his various reading of books about guitar making and general woodworking. The professionalism of his work is undisputed.
Alain Moisan is a member of the Guild Of American Luthiers and of the Association of Stringed Instrument Artisans.
Our Instruments
Our guitars are high quality instruments, projecting a rich sound and high volume filled  with generous harmonics. The high quality of our instruments is also reflected in their fabrication where the details and the aesthetics of the work are of the utmost importance.
When placing an order, the client will have the opportunity to customize his guitar in various ways. First by selecting the woods out of our inventory, full of rare and figured species, which will be used in the construction of his instrument. Then, with the possibility of specifying the desired tonal characteristics of his instrument to the Luthier.
With a Moisan guitar, you will have a unique instrument that will be truly yours.
