How to Order

First, contact us!
If you are interested in our guitars, the first step is to contact us. At that point we will be able to discuss with you the different elements that might influence your choice of a model, elements such as the style of music you play and the tone you are looking for. That is, of course unless the choice of a model has already been made!

Next, selecting woods
Once a specific model has been selected, we will assist you in the selection of woods that will be used to make your guitar.
Even though the proposed wood species are of equal quality, some will favor a particular tone more than another. The Luthier will be able to assist you through the entire process.

If it is possible for you to meet us at our shop, we suggest you schedule a meeting with the Luthier. Being able to manipulate and compare the aesthetics of the wood species while listening to the Luthier's advice is an experience highly appreciated by our clients.
If it is not possible for you to come by our shop, then the Available Woods section of our site will be quite useful. This section contains sample pictures of all the woods that are available. Nonetheless, we suggest you still make you selections with the help of the Luthier.

Now the time to order!
Now that the Luthier has all the needed information to begin your guitar, a non-refundable deposit of $400* will be required to confirm your order. This deposit will be credited to the final payment when the instrument is delivered. An estimate of the delivery date will be communicated to you at the time your order is confirmed. This date is based upon the time needed to build your guitar, and the number of guitars on order before yours.

The construction begins!
Once the luthier begins work on your instrument, you will receive frequent photos documenting the evolution of the project. You can see examples of such pictures in the Building section of our site.

Delivery
Once your guitar is finished, a personalized label will be placed on the bottom of the soundhole indicating that this guitar has been built especially for you. If it is not possible for you to to pick up your guitar in person, it will be shipped to you, at your expense, via a courier service. The choice of the courier service will be made with your agreement.
A technical specification sheet describing the different guitar components will accompany your guitar.

Warranty
A limited lifetime warranty is offered on each of our guitar models. If a repair on an instrument is necessary, the Luthier will evaluate to see if the problem is caused by a manufacturing defect. If that is the case the repair will be free. On the other hand, if the problem is caused by normal wear, by a mishandling of the instrument, or an accident, the repair will be paid for by the customer. (See the repair section for details.)

We invite you to consult the details about our warranty here.
